Bethesda Announces Fallout 76

After teasing us yesterday by broadcasting a “Please Stand By” notice on a flickering screen with a Vault Boy bobblehead giving the thumbs up on their Twitch channel, Bethesda has announced Fallout 76.

We don’t know much about the game yet, but it appears to be set in the often-mentioned Vault 76. It also appears to take place in a world only beginning to recover from the nuclear war. However, since Vault 76 was designed to be opened 20 years after the war, we assume that the game takes place well before Fallout 4 which is set 200 years after the war.

Bethesda has confirmed that more details will be revealed at its E3 2018 showcase, scheduled for June 10 at 6:30 pm PT / 2:30 am BST (June 11). Until then though, check out the trailer and let us know what you think.
