Hope Strikes Back Podcast

Hollywood executives knew this so they approached George Lucas with the idea of doing a television special. As a result, CBS bestowed upon fans one of the worst things in the history of awful on November 17 of that year: the Star Wars Holiday Special.

Harvey KormanThe Star Wars Holiday Special is, for lack of a better word, special. While it does give us more of the characters that we know and love, it also gives us Chewbacca’s family and a host of nightmare fuel. But what do you think? Have you seen the Star Wars Holiday Special? Is it so bad that it’s good, or is it just bad? Send us an email (feedback@hopestrikesback.com) letting us know. Or feel free to leave a comment below or message us on Twitter or Facebook. We’d love to hear your thoughts!
